Miracles Do Happen!
MSM and Back Pain
B
ack pain may be the number one
complaint in America today.  “By
middle age, almost everyone has
experienced some form of back pain,”
notes J. Richard Steadman, M.D., a world-
renowned orthopedic surgeon, best known
for his work with elite athletes in all sports.
Back pain treatment, including surgery,
chiropractic, acupuncture and painkillers, costs
Americans in excess of $25 billion annually.
It is important to keep in mind that back
injuries are usually the result of cumulative
trauma.  The most likely culprits are poor
posture, faulty body mechanics, obesity,
emotional stress, and lack of physical
fitness.
There are four keys to a lifetime of pain-
free living:  aerobics, flexibility,
strengthening, and proper dietary
supplementation such as Joint Aidefrom
Whitewing Labs.  Let’s look at each of these
a little more closely and help you to get rid
of your back pain.
Aerobics.
The latest studies have
demonstrated that people who are in good
aerobic shape tend to have fewer back
injuries.  An active lifestyle with plenty of
walking, biking, swimming and even
running can help to keep the back pain
blues away.  Perform aerobic exercises three
to four days a week, starting at only 10 to 15
minutes per session, working up to 30
minutes.
Flexibility.  How stiff are your hips, neck and
shoulders? With stiff hips, the spine is
forced to compensate and becomes “hyper-
mobile,” which means it will move more
than it should.  When overstretched, the
back can become weakened and succumb to
neck and lower back pain.  Stiff shoulders
and neck muscles
can also indicate a
lack of flexibility.
Stretch throughout
the day, especially
before and after
physical activity.
Strengthening.With
strong back, hip and
abdominal muscles,
the risk of suffering
back pain is
markedly reduced.
Be sure to do some
form of abdominal
and back
strengthening
exercises.
Dietary
supplementation.For anyone with back pain,
there is one strategic dietary supplement,
Joint Aide, that you absolutely must know
about.  So many people who’ve lived their
lives in pain and thought they would forever
are thankful for the emergence of the Joint
Aidewith MSMformula.  It may be your
best friend.  A key ingredient in Joint Aide
is methylsulfonylmethaneor MSM.
Miraculous Joint Aide
with MSM
M
SMhas an important role to
play in the nonsurgical
treatment of chronic back
pain and should be considered as a partner
in any conservative approach, such as
chiropractic and acupuncture,” says Dr.
Stanley Jacob, the world’s leading expert on
the use of MSM.  “MSM won’t diminish the
size of a protruding disk or eliminate the
basic problem; however, it relieves the
inflammation around the disc.  It is this
inflammation that compresses and irritates
the root nerve coming out of the spinal
cord.”According to Dr. Jacob, “There may,
in fact, be no pharmaceutical therapy that is
better.”
Follow our guidelines and use Joint
Aide with MSM, boswellic acid,
curcumin,
white willow, and
glucosamine sulfate.  This formula is a
miracle worker.
Because it is so powerful, we can help
you feel better than ever.  Joint Aideis that
good.  Don’t accept the pain another day.
Joint Aidecan be purchased by using the
order form in this journal.
