I
want to tell you about the fantastic results my patients are receiving from a great
healthy cholesterol formula called Cholest-Less from Whitewing
Labs. This information is especially important in light of a report in the Journal of
the American Medical Association detailing serious concerns about the safety of
typically prescribed cholesterol-lowering drugs.
We doctors know cholesterol-lowering drugs are powerful and often
necessary, but their complications deeply concern many of us. Fortunately, natures
own pharmacy also offers potent yet safe agents for supporting healthy cholesterol levels.
Cholesterol Drug Cancer Risk?
An industry-funded study of
statin-type cholesterol-lowering drugs reported a rate of breast cancer twelve times
higher than among women not using the drug. Although this finding was claimed by some to
be a statistical fluke, it is of particular importance in view of the growing
numbers of patients being placed on these drugs.
Moreover, a recent report in the Journal of the American Medical
Association concluded that commonly used cholesterol-lowering drugs, especially
fibrates and statins, cause breast and other cancers in rodents and advised that their use
should be avoided. Indeed, the report also noted, All members of the two

popular classes of lipid-lowering drugs
(the fibrates and the statins) cause cancer in rodents, in some cases at levels of animal
exposure close to those prescribed to humans. The
Cholest-Less Alternative
So what do we doctors tell our
patients? When it comes to natural alternatives, I tell mine about Cholest-Less.
Allium sativum (garlic), together with hawthorn,
two ingredients in Cholest-Less, are among the most effective natural cholesterol
lowering agents. Garlics active phytochemicals include diallyl disulfide and
dipropyl disulfide. Its method of action for lowering cholesterol results from inhibition
of a liver enzyme involved in cholesterol synthesis.
In 1987, E. Ernst of the University of Munich wrote in Pharmatherapeutica
that numerous studies show garlic may help normalize cholesterol levels, inhibit blood
clotting and reduce blood pressure. The researcher concluded that garlic has potential to
support healthy heart function
In 1993, scientists at L.T.M. Medical College in Bombay found people
taking garlic on a daily basis for two months reduced their cholesterol levels by 15
percentfrom an average of 213 mg/dl to 180 mg/dl. In 1993, it was also reported that
scientists at Bastyr College in Seattle found daily use of garlic reduced cholesterol
levels seven percent in one month, raising beneficial HDLs by 23 percent. |
Cholest-Less Has 10 Heart Protective Nutrients and Herbs
My own clinical experience with
my patients demonstrates that the intelligent use of dietary supplements has proven time
and again to provide smart health consumers with an important edge in their quest to
reduce heart disease risk. Now weve developed a supplement that works for only
pennies a day. I think Cholest-Less is an important breakthrough in helping my patients to
maintain a healthy heart.
Whitewing Labs created Cholest-Less to help the body naturally improve
its overall cholesterol profile and support its quest to maintain healthy plaque-free
arteries.
Cholest-Less combines the heart-protective nutrients discussed in this
report as well as Crataegus Oxyacantha (hawthorn), Ribes nigrum (black
currant seed), Vitis vinifera (grapeseed extract), hesperidin, ascorbate,
pyridoxine, and coenzyme Q10, which is a vital energy nutrient for the heart muscle.
In total, Cholest-Less helps the body to perform seven key tasks for
maintaining a healthy cholesterol profile (see box).
Taking Cholest-Less as part of your daily regimen can aid in
maintaining a healthy cholesterol profile for a lifetime. Order today from the center of
the journal. |
